Day 048.
Great day. We basically just lounged around watching X-men movies (preparing for the next one to come out!), but it was nice to relax since it has been busy for more than the past week. I made pasta salad again and we made a carrot cake. First time I have made one and I made it with a box, but I think it turned out really well. It was moist and the cream cheese frosting is scrumptious and plentiful.
I think I am finally going to start work on our wedding scrapbook. We'll see how this goes.

That sounds like an amazing day 1. for X-Men (which I CAN'T WAIT to see!) 2. For carrot cake. I loove carrot cake! I can't eat ze cream cheese, currently, but it still looks divine. I will cheat and eat it again someday, because life isn't life without it. 'Nuff said. And great job, you baking fiend!
