This telephone pole had SO many staples in it. I thought it looked incredibly cool.
I like how this picture turned out. I have just recently started carrying around my small point-and-shoot camera and I have decided that is an excellent decision. I wish I had done it sooner!
Some friends and I painted pottery today. This is my bowl before it goes into the kiln. I will definitely take a picture and post the end result when we get them back. I'm excited to see how they turn out.
This is actually taken in the middle of a restaurant, but a dimly lit one. They twisted the straw wrapper in a cool design, so of course I had to take a picture. Classy.
I just recently got my birthday gift. I know some of you know my birthday, but if you don't, it is in March. Yes, it is the end of January. I love my birthday.
This is not actually what my "birthday present" came in, but I took a picture because well... that is what I do.
It has been so hard to take pictures this week. I have been working, exercising, making/eating dinner, then sleeping. I'm sorry. It is getting harder with time when I thought it would get easier. I need to explore more.
Andrew's mom made many angels like this one for Christmas for the family, including her brother Neal and when he passed away, she got it back. It is now ours for the top of our tree and it is nice and comforting to remember we have many angels watching over us.
Andrew and I went to Johnny Rockets at the mall today and it was pretty nice. If you have never been, it is set up to be like a 50's diner (not like I was alive then...) and they have jukeboxes! Pretty much all these songs remind me of my childhood. Love!
I am definitely running out of things to take pictures of.
This is another Christmas gift from Andrew's parents! I have been on the look out for some candlesticks (they look so classy and romantic! on our dingy kitchen table...) and we got this beautiful wintery one.
Can you tell I can't wait till we have a house I can decorate? I am so excited for that day in the long future.
After Christmas, I went to Target to scour the after Christmas sale and found practically nothing, but I did find this purple skirt! It is a little tacky and not very Christmas-y at all, however it is purple and shiny. Two of my absolute favorite things.
Note: When I am less lazy I will update day 289. I just need to upload pictures from my actual camera, not my cell phone.
This is our last present (other than three others that aren't even made yet... shh don't tell Court or Sarah...) and I thought it looked pretty. I am proud of how fancy it looks. What can I say? I am truly growing up in my Christmas present decorating skills. Or I just need more hobbies.
